School Voucher Debate Wages on in Green Bay
Green Bay-- The Green Bay district is rallying opposition to expanding Wisconsin's "school voucher" program. Walker says expanding family choice will put students first and make schools more accountable if under performing. Green Bay district leaders say they could loose millions in state funding.
