A meth bust in Appleton lands four people in jail. Police arrested Dallas Xiong, Kao Xiong, Jimmy Vue and Alexander Volkman after stopping several cars Thursday. A K9 sniffed out drugs which then led officers to search a home on E. McKinley Street. Police found methamphetamines with a street value of $7,500 dollars.
