SHEBOYGAN, Wis.--Concerns about flooding are forcing homeowners to take action.

Some in Sheboygan already have water in their basements, and it's even worse in their backyards. Firefighters used shovels to chop the ice, attempting to channel the water flow away from homes.

The fire department is also allowing homeowners to borrow their industrial pumps to clear-out the water. The calls for emergency water help starting coming-in Sunday. Fire crews got about more twenty more calls Monday.
