KIEL, WI--Dash cam video just released Friday shows former Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan -- making some suggestive comments while under arrest.

Ryan was arrested for OWI near Kiel early Sunday morning.

Kiel police dashcam video shows Bob Ryan calling a female officer "hot" and "smoking" while on his way to jail.

A wide turn on County Highway XX is why police pulled Ryan over. His car crosses the center line. Ryan tells the Kiel police officer who he is and that he's had "three or four beers."

Ryan didn't have ID or proof of insurance on him, and his registration was expired. Police then arrest Ryan, and on the ride to jail he makes comments about a female officer -- who he wishes had arrested him instead.

"She was smokin'....You noticed didn't you? ...She could have ...She could have arrested me any day. Truthfully I would violate something just to have her arrest me again" said Ryan.

During the arrest, officers say Ryan also said he should have called in a favor from Kiel's mayor. Ryan's blood alcohol results are being processed in Madison by the state. This was his first OWI arrest.
