Green Bay Police: 2011 Fatal Hit & Run Remains Unsolved
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- A little more than two years ago, Thomas Counard was killed in what detectives call a hit and run accident. Counard was hit while riding his bike in the 1500 block of Elm Street on February 16, 2011.
Investigators are reaching out to the public for clues into who committed the crime and hope an arrest can be made soon.
Anyone with information can call the Green Bay Police Department at (920) 432-6867. Tips anyone leading to the arrest and conviction in this case is eligible for a cash reward.
