Bob Ryan Arrested For OWI
KIEL, Wis. -- Former Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan was arrested late Sunday night in Kiel on an OWI charge. According to the Kiel Police Department, Ryan was pulled over just before midnight on County Road XX from State Highway 67.
After his arrest, Ryan was taken to the hospital for a legal blood draw, then taken to the Manitowoc County jail on a 12 hour detention hold.
Ryan was given a ticket for OWI. His initial appearance in Kiel municipal court is set for April 23rd.
Two weeks ago, Ryan was fined $200 as part of a plea deal involving a case where he was charged for inappropriately touching a woman.
