GREEN BAY, WI--Read Across America Day was celebrated with extra excitement at Webster Elementary in Green Bay. Packers players Tom Crabtree and Brandon Saine, read aloud to students.
One of their books of choice? The Cat in the Hat.
"It's a tight knit community in Green Bay so if they're Packer fans as well, it's a cool way for us to maybe, get some kids more interested in reading that normally wouldn't be," said Tom Crabtree.
Webster students have been participating in Dr. Seuss-related activities all week. The kids along with the Packers players had a lot of fun.
