De Pere-- A Highway 57 project spanning three miles between De Pere and Allouez is generating some intial concern from residents and business owners. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is in charge of the 10-million-dollar revamp. The D.O.T. wants to address some traffic flow issues on 57 among other things.
Even though the project start-date is five years away, it was a full-house at a D.O.T. hosted public meeting Wednesday night.
