Which School Wins, Open Enrollment Begins
Wisconsin-- Schools are getting more competitive to keep students while attracting outside families. Starting Monday, families can sign-up their children for different "school districts," as part of an open enrollment policy.
Experts say families are becoming increasingly "savvy"...when it comes to choosing their student's education. For school districts it means, staying competitive with other schools. If they loose students, they loose thousands-of-dollars in state funding.
