GREEN BAY, Wis.-- Green Bay Police have identified the body of a man, found dead outside a home on the city's east side.

According to a news release, investigators say 38 year old Brian Hicks died of environmental hypothermia due to prolonged exposure with inadequate clothing.

His body was discovered on East Shore Circle.

Preliminary toxicology indicates alcohol was a factor. Investigators say more extensive tests will show results in a couple of weeks.

Officers say foul play has been ruled out.
