Man Involved in Hit and Run Fatality Sentenced
GREEN BAY, Wis.-- The man who entered a guilty plea involving a fatal hit and run crash learned his fate today in Brown County Circuit Court.
18 year old Felix Ruiz was sentenced Friday to three and a half years in prison and another three and a half years of extended supervision for the death of Daryl Wayka.
The crash happened on East Mason Street in July 2012. Ruiz will also have to pay restitution and funeral costs.
