Take 2: Pulaski School Referendum
Pulaski--The Pulaski School District is not giving up on getting another referendum on a ballot. The district held a public meeting Wednesday to get feedback on a new proposal.
The referendum voted down in November was worth 33-million dollars but his time around it's much less at nearly 11-million dollars. The school is trying to pay for a long list of building improvements, new technology and a soccer filed but says it must borrow to do so. However, asking for less money doesn't mean the district will get any "less push-back" from residents.
