Person of Interest in Custody for Police Shooting
WAUWATOSA, Wis. (AP) -- Investigators say they've found a person of interest in a police officer's unsolved death.
Police officers in Wauwatosa discovered their colleague, 30-year-old Jennifer Sebena, dead early Monday morning after she failed to respond to radio calls. She had suffered several gunshot wounds.
The Wauwatosa Police Department released a statement Wednesday saying state agents are working with a person of interest but are still pursuing multiple leads. Today's TMJ4 reports Sebena's husband is being questioned.
A state Justice Department spokeswoman declined comment.
Sebena's funeral has been tentatively scheduled for Saturday.
