Cancer Stricken Student Hopes to Meet Justin Bieber
**Update** WIBA Talk Radio in Madison Reports Aly will meet Justin Bieber at the singer's concert in Chicago this weekend!**
OSHKOSH, WI -- A University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh student is fighting for the chance to meet her hero. But she's also fighting to beat a rare form of liver cancer.
Now her story is going national, as friends started a Twitter account and Facebook page all to get Aly Wolff to meet Justin Bieber at his concert this weekend in Chicago.
Wolff said she had no idea a YouTube video made by two friends, and the Facebook and Twitter pages would amount to thousands of "likes" and pictures to help her meet Bieber.
“Aly's an incredibly deserving person, and she's so selfless. We just really want to make this happen for her and get the word out there,” said Kaitlynn Sablich, a member of Aly’s sorority, Gamma Phi Beta.
“Everyone is so supportive, it truly showed us what it is to be a sisterhood,” said Amelia Abraham, another sorority sister.
The Twitter trend, #BiebsMeetAly" caught on quickly, and the Facebook page has pictures of hundreds of people.
“It's crazy to see how much its spread, it really is,” said Sablich.
Aly said she can't believe it herself.
“They started Tweeting it, telling people to Tweet it, and it just caught on like wildfire,” said Aly Wolff.
They're recruiting help from the Ellen DeGeneres show, to see if she can help Aly meet Justin Bieber. Even Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, and Packers player, Donald Driver are Tweeting about Aly's wish.
“It was super cool to see even the famous celebrities care about this,” said Abraham.
There are pictures from all over the UWO campus, the state and the country.
“I feel weird getting all the attention, because I know there are other people that deserve it way more than I do,” said Wolff.
Aly said seeing all the messages make her fight a little easier.
“But it really does make your bad days a whole lot better, and even your good days better,” she said.
In honor of Aly's 20th birthday on Dec. 11, there's going to be a huge online push. People organizing the event are asking everyone to Tweet and use the Facebook page to help Bieber notice Aly. That will happen tomorrow at 7:00 p.m.
