GREEN BAY, WI -- Brown County kids will be a little warmer thanks to the Coats for Kids program. Distribution of the coats took place at Notre Dame high school for pre-registered families who don't have the coats they need.
This is all put on by the Salvation Army and through donations in the community. Organizers say more than fifteen hundred families will receive needed coats. More than eleven hundred coats were collected in northeast Wisconsin, well exceeding the set goal.
