Hunting in Wisconsin State Parks
High Cliff State Park--The Wisconsin DNR is dealing with a new law that allows hunting in nearly all state parks. It's not sitting well with many residents. The state legislature passed the Hunting Heritage Bill and Governor Walker signed it. It takes effect next year. In the mean time, the DNR is tasked with defining where hunting can happen or if individual parks should be exempt.
