Fox Falley-- Wisconsin was key in helping reelect President Obama. Our state's ten electoral votes went his way. Yet, the president only won four counties in Northeast Wisconsin. He lost Brown, Shawano and Calumet counties. He also wasn't able to swing Outagamie County.
