FOND DU LAC, Wis.--14 Arrest warrants were served in Fond du Lac Wednesday morning as part of what authorities call a major drug investigation.
Police say eight of the 14 were found and placed under arrest with investigators looking for six more. the subjects of the investigation are accused of drug trafficking in the Fond du Lac area.
According to a news release, the illegal drugs involved in this latest operation include, but are not limited to, manufacture/delivering crack cocaine, narcotic/Opiate medications and marijuana.
A task force of nearly 30 officers were involved in the sweep.
