A fire at a Green Bay duplex leaves eight people without a home. The blaze broke out around 5:20 Tuesday night in the 2300 block of Basten Street. Fire crews believe it sparked in the kitchen while someone was cooking. The eight people forced from the building are getting help from the Red Cross.
