Gas Plant Permit Revoked
The Green Bay City Council votes seven-to-five Tuesday night to revoke a permit for a proposed trash to energy plant.
Back on October 3rd, the city's planning commission made the recommendation for Oneida Seven Generations Corporation to continue using a permit that was granted to them last year.
But neighbors argue city leaders were mislead about the initial plans regarding the use of smokestacks and emissions.
Company leaders say the plant passed government safety regulations.
