Green Bay-- So much of the aftermath of the first debate focused on presentation, how the candidates delivered their message. With both Obama and Romney polling well among their base, for the second time around watchers are paying attention to, "who" the candidates are talking to.

At a republican watch party, Christine Stone says Romney dominated against President Obama for a second time. Though she did say, "I think he needs to be more relatable, possibly to the middle class. I think that a lot of independents may see him as a member of the upper echelon."

Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak was at the democratic viewing  party in Green Bay. "The President is doing exactly what he has to do tonight, Rybak said.  "Which is to remind people he walked into a crisis, he's moved us back from the brink and all Romney is proposing is that we go back to the same stuff that got us into this mess."

Both candidates fighting for the few, yet vital swing votes.
