CEDAR GROVE, Wis. (AP) -- Mourners are remembering the 10th anniversary of the deadliest traffic crash in Wisconsin history.

About 40 people gathered Thursday to remember those who died in the Interstate 43 crash that happened Oct. 11, 2002. Ten people were killed and nearly 40 injured in a chain reaction crash in the fog.

Sheboygan County Sheriff Todd Priebe told the group he plans to bring his daughter, who is about to get her driver's license, to the memorial and use it as a teaching tool.

The October 11th Memorial Association erected the memorial eight years ago. It includes a seven-ton granite slab engraved with the names of those killed in the fog that morning.
