GREEN BAY, WI -- There are several services in the Green Bay area that are helping those in need of staying warm this winter. The Heat's On project is in their 20th year. The project helps low income homeowners and those with disabilities to have a safe furnace in their home. This is an all volunteer effort. Those participating use their own tools and accept parts from local businesses to repair and clean furnaces. Different organizations and other local volunteers make this event possible every year.
