Outraged neighbors take their concerns to Green Bay city hall Wednesday night.

Oneida Seven Generations Corporation plans to build a plant that turns trash into energy. Wednesday night dozens voiced their concerns at a city meeting.

Committee members will decide whether the city had enough information when they granted a permit for the project last year. No word when they’ll make that decision.

Neighbors argue city leaders were mislead about the initial plans, regarding the use of smokestacks and emissions.

But company leaders say the plant will be safe and was already approved by government health agencies.
