Apartment Fire Forces 31 Out of Their Homes

GREEN BAY, Wis.--No one was hurt, but 31 people are without a home after a fire broke out on Green Bay's west side. It happened at Birchwood Apartments late Tuesday afternoon.
According to reports, the fire started in the Attic and inside the attic on the third floor. Investigators are looking into a bathroom fan that may have shorted out, starting the fire.
Estimated damage is listed at $75,000.
