Teen Sentenced for Oconto Falls School Fire
OCONTO, Wis.--A teenager, will spend the next five years behind bars for setting fire to St. Anthony School in Oconto Falls.
Vincent Enneper reached a deal with prosecutors by entering a 'no contest' plea on arson charges in exchange for reduced prison time. Enneper was sentenced Wednesday morning to five years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision for the crime which happened last February.
That fire caused $2 million in damages to St. Anthony school and forced students to move into another building to start the 2012-2013 school year.
Enneper was 16 years old and would have been tried as an adult. He could have received 25 years in prison without the deal.
