GREEN BAY, WI--Wisconsin in the national spotlight again as Vice President Joe Biden rallies the blue base in Green Bay.  Biden drumming up support to a packed house at  the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, building momentum in our battleground state.

A very fired up crowd welcomed Joe Biden Green Bay just two days before the start of the Democratic National Convention in North Carolina.

"With your help we will win Wisconsin and we will win the presidency!" said Biden.

Joe Biden rallied to swing Wisconsin blue.

"We're on our way to rebuilding the middle class more vibrant than it was before this recession."

Biden bashed his opponent Paul Ryan's values, saying he calls for tax cuts for millionaires, cuts to social security, and healthcare.

"Massive cuts in medicaid. Throwing 19 million people of healthcare including a million seniors and several million children," said Biden.

Defending the president's economic policies, Biden reminded the crowd it wasn't Obama, but the Republicans who ran the country into a recession.

"He was handed a tab for one trillion dollars in deficit for that year before we got started," said Biden.

Obama supporters like one same sex couple from Marinette are energized.

"Give him a chance to show us all he is for the rest of us and all of us not just certain individuals," said Tamara Smith.

Others are glad to see Democrats in Wisconsin after watching Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney speak at last week's Republican National Convention.

"Some of it made me really cringe so I'm really happy to hear the other side," said Kathy Fellenz.

Democrats are vying for Wisconsin as the election approaches.

"We believe in the American people, I know you we know you," said Biden.
