Packers Cut Anthony Hargrove
GREEN BAY, Wis.--The Green Bay Packers have released former Saints Defensive End Anthony Hargrove. The move was announced in a news release late Friday afternoon.
Hargrove is an eight year player in the NFL. However, he faces an eight game suspension imposed by league commissioner Roger Goodell for his role in the alleged Saints bounty program.

Hargrove was signed by the Packers last spring before the NFL Sanctions were released.
Four other players were also released, including: WR Andrew Brewer, S Micah Pellerin, T Herb Tayler and CB Dion Turner.
The Packers face a Monday deadline to cut its roster to 75 players.
