Green Bay ACT Scores Higher than National Average
GREEN BAY, Wis.--The Green Bay Area Public School District has released it's average results from the 2012 ACT Test.
The composite score of 22.3 covers subjects such as English, Math, Reading and Science and is above the national average of 21.1.
District leaders are pleased with the results, but say the scores could be better. "While we are pleased that our students taking the ACT scored above the state and national average, the scores continue to remain flat, " said Michelle Langenfeld, superintendent of the district.
"Looking deeper into the data will help us determine our next steps as we work to ensure that all of our students are college, career and community ready."
The best score available on the ACT is 36.
