GREEN BAY -- Downtown Green Bay got a cultural makeover today.  Dozens came out to St. James Park this afternoon for the 13th annual Multicultural Children and Family Festival.  Families enjoyed dancing, music, cafts, and games from cultures around the world.  Organizers say sharing our differences helps us become united.  The Boys and Girls Club were one of a few organizations that helped sponser the festival.
