GREEN BAY -- A teen driver is behind bars tonight, accused of crashing into a gas meter on a home causing a leak in a Green Bay neighborhood.  About fifteen homes were evacuated overnight.   Officers believe the driver was intoxicated and they tried to stop him in Ashwaubenon, just after one this morning.  When he didn't stop, police chased him into Green Bay.  It was at Hickory Hill Drive and Gross Avenue where the driver reportedly smashed into a home's gas meter, clipped a car parked in its driveway and a tree.  The teen is now charged with fleeing an officer, which is a felony.  But Ashwaubenon police say more charges could be coming.  The teen's name is not being released.
