KIMBERLY -- A Kimberly man is in critical condition tonight.  He was hit by a car while riding his bicycle.  It happened shortly after midnight at Kimberly Avenue near Kuborn Avenue in Kimberly.  Fox Valley Metro police say 46-year-old James Weiss suffered serious head injuries and was rushed to Theda Clark Hospital.  Officers have not charged the 19-year old driver from Little Chute who hit Weiss, but the crash is still under investigation.  At this point police believe alcohol was not a factor.
