MANITOWOC COUNTY -- A man is killed in a rollover crash in Manitowoc County. It happened around seven this morning on Tuma Lake Road between Harpts Lake Road and Highway Q. The coroner tells us 38-year-old Christopher Tuschel was not wearing his seatbelt. He was thrown from his car and died from severe head injuries. Investigators believe alcohol played a role in the crash.
