Boy Accidentally shot and Killed in Manitowoc County
TOWN OF FRANKLIN, Wis.--The Manitowoc County Sheriff's Department has released the name of the 13 year old, accidentally shot over the weekend. The victim has been identified as Kordell Dvoracheck.
According to investigators, Dvoracheck was with another boy, a 12 year old, shooting blackbirds just east of Reedsville. Dvoracheck was reported shot around 12:30 Sunday afternoon. The victim was hit in the upper torso according to the county corner's office.
Authorities have not released any further information at this time.
