DARBOY, Wis.--A 73 year old man was stabbed by a stranger in the Calumet County community of Darboy.
The incident happened around 10:30 Thursday morning in Darboy Community Park. Investigators say the suspect told the victim he had lost his cellphone in a nearby wooded area and asked for help finding it. That's when the man was stabbed in the back.
His injuries are not life threatening. investigators say they're looking for a white man in his teens or early 20's with black hair. He's described as being 5'5" tall wearing a green and yellow shirt, shorts and black tennis shoes.
The Calumet County Sheriff's Department is warning people to be careful in the park and report any suspicious activities.
