Second Motorcyclist Dies
TOWN OF TAYCHEEDAH, Wis.-A second motorcyclist has died as a result from his injuries suffered at a crash last week on HWY 151 in the Town of Taycheedah.
Fond du Lac County deputies report Douglas Yonkers of Muskegon, Michigan passed away at Theda Clark Medical Center this morning. One other rider died at the scene and nine others were injured.
According to reports, 25 year old Clinton Lovelace of Hilbert drove his car across the center line and into the group of motorcyclists. He remained in jail on Thursday facing several charges including second degree reckless homicide. A preliminary hearing on the Lovelace case is scheduled for June 15th.
