One Dead, 9 Injured in Fond du Lac County Crash
TOWN OF TAYCHEEDAH, Wis.-The Fond du Lac Sheriff's Department reports one person has died in a serious accident near the Town of Taycheedah. A car crashed into a group of 12 motorcyclists near Highway 151 between Glasdstone Beach Road and Welling Beach Road.
Fond du Lac county deputies call it the worst group motorcycle crash they've ever seen in the county. A group of twelve motorcycles was hit by an on-coming car driven by a 25-year-old Calumet County man. The car crossed the center line on Highway 151 just before 3:00 Thursday.
The group of cyclists were returning to their home state of Michigan when the deadly accident happened. Police say the incident remains under investigation.
