Oppermacher, a Wisconsin-based company that specializes in Wisconsin-themed T-shirts, has been marketing a T-shirt online that attempts to cash in on the drug-testing furor over outfielder Ryan Braun.

The T-shirt says "Innocent" and uses script that is very similar to the Brewers script on jerseys. The T-shirt also includes the No. 8, which is Braun's number.

A Brewers spokesman, made aware of the T-shirt, said Major League Baseball is aware of the shirt and "will address it as a trademark infringement."

Like other sports leagues, MLB is highly protective of its image and logos. A email to the company was not immediately returned.

The company's website also features apparel revolving around "Beast Mode," "Ax Man," an apparent reference to Brewers' closer John Axford, and a T-shirt called "T Plush," a reference to Brewers outfielder Nyjer Morgan.

We'll post more once we hear back from the company.
