Wisconsin says there have so far been no major issues with today's elections. A Government Accountability Board spokesman says any voting equipment malfunctions have been minor and long lines at some places have not been extraordinary.
The state board has predicted nearly 70 percent of eligible voters will cast a ballot in Wisconsin.
