Join us for the 6th annual December Dash, a 2-mile fun run/walk and 5K run to raise funds for Freedom House, Brown County's only shelter serving all types of homeless families with children. It starts at 9 a.m.at Red Smith School Community Room (registration begins at 8 am,), runs through the Red Smith neighborhood on Green Bay’s far East Side and ends up back at the school for food, entertainment, door prizes and awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in different age groups and gender in each event (up to 8th grade, 9th -12th grade or adult). Kids from Kindergarten through high school from all area schools are expected to join in the fun. The public is welcome to join in as well. Entry fee is $5 per person or $15 per family and includes food, music, prizes, games and all kinds of fun. Pre-registration forms can be sent via email. Contact jjennin2@greenbay.k12.wi.us.
