Competitive marching bands in action! West De Pere High School hosts this 10th annual event with participating high school bands from Antigo, Fond du Lac, Merrill, and the West De Pere Marching Phantoms led by director Amber Pamperin. Sponsored by the West De Pere Music Parents Association.
