An outrageous comedy that puts the audience in the hot seat! A series of quick-paced scenes illuminate the joys and tribulations of the modern theatre-going experience. Our audience will enjoy hilarious scenes including an actor’s meltdown, ‘uber-ushers’ who revolt against difficult patrons, and many other situations that can and do happen at community theatres. The scenes are propelled by two feisty old Polish ladies; Lottie and Bernice, who keep popping up to express their contempt for the theatre and turn it upside-down with their own brand of humor. The comedy’s ultimate conclusion is that the actors and audience desperately need one another, and that the show- as crazy as it can sometimes be - must go on.
