March 28, 2012 "The State of the World's Oceans" Dr. David Poister, St. Norbert College. Dr. Poister is an Associate Professor of Chemistry and Environmental Science. He studies the oceans of the world as our most precious resources. He has a facility for explaining the complexities of the threats to the world's water resources in terms that everyone can understand.
