Ellipse Fitness has partnered up with a local domestic abuse shelter-Harbor House, to help support their needs with a 4 hour fitness marathon on Saturday, October 22nd. This event is open to everyone (members and non-members) and will begin at 7am. The fitness marathon will conclude at 11am. There will be food and beverages provided, as well as a silent raffle with great prizes! Please register as soon as possible ($15 registration fee) and start collecting your donations. We recommend raising $300-$500 to make sure you reserve your own kickboxing bag as this event does fill up rather quickly. Can't participate? No problem! Please make donation check payable to: Harbor House. They are also in need of specific items: laundry detergent, bed sheets, etc.You can drop off your donations at any Ellipse Fitness location.
