Most Packers fans, they'll be commiserating about their team's performance against the Giants until they tee it up for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
As for the players, it's a different story. Once they see the film, get their grades, feel guilty if appropriate, and most of all, get back on the field for practice, they move on. They have to. That's not to say some self-redemption won't be front and center in the team's collective psyche come Sunday, but as for fire-breathing during today's workout, just didn't happen. Mike McCarthy did get rather upset at one point, but that can happen during any practice, regardless of the previous game.
We did have a Clay Matthews sighting today, as he was in the Hutson Center during practice working on his own. First time we've seen him in a football setting since the Arizona game. Probably not going to play this week, but certainly a step in the right direction.
As for Greg Jennings, he's good to go against the Vikings. Speaking of which, been looking at tape of Minnesota and while they're not spectacular, they are solid. However, if they don't get one of the Packers best efforts of the season, then we got problems.
