It's Friday and time to get down to the nuts and bolts of Sunday's Packers-Giants game.
We'll start with availability of Greg Jennings. One of the team's biggest difference makers practiced all week, increased his level of participation each day and did not suffer any setbacks. He is listed as questionable. However, it still wouldn't surprise me if the Packers err on the side of caution and hold Jennings out another week. It's like they've waited this long, why take any chances. We'll see.
From this corner of the football universe, Sunday night's contest falls into the tough opponent category. Oh, I know the Giants have lost two straight and that Eli Manning has been slumping, but New York is a good team and he's a good quarterback, and eventually both will return to form.
Even with the Giants recent struggles and the Packers 5 game winning streak, the numbers say it's going to be a hard-fought match-up.
Points for, the Packers rank 9th, the Giants, tied for seventh. Points against, Green Bay is number 10, New York, 12.
Key to the game, the Packers offensive line being able to handle the Giants star-studded cast up front.
