Pack Should Win, But Beware of the Cards

  • Print

New and exciting on the injury front, Jordy Nelson went through some testing on his hamstring today and did well. He's listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

On the flip-side of the sick list, Jarron Mc Millian has a back issue, he didn't practice today, and he too is listed as questionable.

As for the actual game Sunday, personal opinion, but I wouldn't take too much for granted just because the Cardinals have lost 4 straight and are coming off an embarrassing Monday Night loss. About a month ago, the Packers blew an 18 point halftime lead before losing to the Colts. The next week, however, they played their best of the season and hammered previously unbeaten Houston. Self-redemption is a powerful motivator.

Fun with numbers, defensively, Arizona ranks first in sack percentage, offensively, the Cardinals are 32nd or dead last.

They can rush but they can't protect, so offensive line play on both teams is critical, and the Packers o-line is not a little, but a lot better. Playing like it could be a key factor in the outcome of Sunday's game.
