Owen JensenNBC26 ReporterAbout OwenOwen Jensen joined the NBC26 family in the spring of 2005. Currently Owen is a beat reporter for NBC26 at 5, 6, and 10pm. Owen’s expertise in television broadcasting has spanned over the last 12 years, starting in Mankato, Minnesota at KEYC-TV. Before I arrived in Green Bay, I worked as a news writer in Chicago’s WMAQ-TV.Living here in Green Bay is great. The people are wonderful, and, of course, there’s the PACK!! Also, I was born and raised in Kenosha, my family is there, and I’m always just a short car ride away. Why did I choose this profession? I love to get out and tell stories. It’s a great way to earn a living. Where else do you get to meet people from all walks of life, tell their story, and get paid to do it. On top of that, it’s just fun.
