Deandra Corinthios

Deandra Corinthios is a Videojournalist for NBC26, joining the team in June 2012. She comes to Green Bay after working for two years as a reporter in Quincy, Illinois. Deandra worked for WGEM and covered news in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.

Her work has been recognized by both the Missouri, and Illinois Broadcasters Associations. Deandra is originally from Chicago, and graduated from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Deandra also has a degree in International Studies.

She grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, and speaks fluent French and Spanish and some Arabic. Deandra studied in Cairo, Egypt for six months while in college and has family in Egypt. Now, after all that traveling, Deandra is happy to call Wisconsin home!

Deandra spent her summers interning at NBC5 and WGN in Chicago. She also interned for Reuters, in one of the biggest newsrooms in the world, in London, England.

Deandra loves to ski, travel, and play with her cat Cleo. She’s also a big fan of the Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks…and now that she’s in Green Bay… she’s excited to cheer on the Packers!!!
