Going Places, a Grand Chute travel agency, speaks out for the first time after being investigated by Wisconsin Consumer Protection.

Many customers say they've been ripped off.

Customers say they pay big money to the travel agency for promises of big deals on trips.

Customers say those same deals can be found on the internet.

NBC 26 confronted the business.

Someone did not open the front door but answered some of our questions.

"It's called buyers remorse.  Have you read their contracts?  Contact our lawyer."

Many viewers have been coming forward after NBC 26 first aired this story.

They say they were also scammed.

"We lost $3,000 and it wasn't such a good deal," says Betty Hurst of Grand Chute.  "Why would they want so many unhappy customers."

Consumer protection investigated Going Places after getting 48 complaints against the company.

The investigation has been turned over to the Wisconsin Department of Justice for possible charges.

A spokesperson for the  Better Business Bureau says it dropped the travel agency from their website after getting too many complaints about the travel agency.
